okay this is a solowave I usually sit at night but I'm making the video during the day today because the light will be better but what I love about the soulwave is is just really relaxing at the end of the day I can do it in bed while watching TV and it just says delivered this kind of like warm relaxing sensation to my face feel likegood way to still like relax at the end of the day and just kind of have a routine that doesn't involve buying a bunch of new products so that's kind of my feeling about the solar wave is that it feels good it's a good you know low-impact routine and yeah
