How to use Empower CBD Soaking Salts:
The soaking salts are most effective when mixed into warm running water.
For full body relief, add 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of Empower Soaking Salts under warm, running bath water. Soak for 30 minutes and rest for 20 minutes after soaking.
For a hand or foot soak, add 1 ounce (2 Tablespoons) of Empower Soaking Salts under warm, running water. Soak hands or feet for at least 15 minutes.
