Sketch the overall brow shape and fill with fine strokes for extra fullness. Lightly tint and set hair with brow gel topcoat.
 
TIPS & TRICKS:Get the perfect feathered brows: Use the precision pencil tip to create soft, upward hair-like strokes. Start small with a light touch in the areas that need extra filling.
