so here we have lifestyle Co spot on serum subscription Box about a month ago it has organic hemp seed oil which I've heard a lot of good things about for just your skin in general it's a rollerball he just roll it on your problem areas and then rub it in it says for 10 seconds I think so I've used this already before and as you can see I have some blemishes but I had a lot more before I use this especially in this area because everyone's wearing a mask everyone's breaking out it's not great for your skin but this is really good for a couple spots so I recommend
