Because it's actually a how quite a lot of products from this. Cuz my dermatologist recommended to me because my skin is pretty sensitive it does have fragrance in it though so if you don't like that then I wouldn't really stick with this one because the fragrance is pretty heavy it's a buttyeah if you have sensitive skin I'd recommend this only thing I don't like is the fragrance so yeah
