hey everyone so I decided to paint my nails today and I used this Revlon quick dry top coat it's supposed to set in 30 seconds and I have not tried any Revlon top coats this is what it claims such and 30 seconds and please wear of new color and UV filters protect color from fadingI decided to paint my nails like I said and I did apply this quote and it actually did set my nails pretty fast I know some people don't like to wait for their nails to dry but this was actually pretty quick and I really like the sheen
