a super great so today in the shower I finished off the detox Skin Food face scrub and it don't worry I did use it as a body scrub on the reason why he's as body scrub and out of face cards because it does have walnut shell scrub what causes micro tears in your skin I think don't take my word for it but that's what I heard a lot of other people saying and I've also heard skin care specialist talk about that so yeah but this morning I actually made my own body scrub and I'm going to share with you guys what I what ingredients are usedso the first ingredient obviously sugar I used half a cup of sugar and it fit in here perfectly as in see I haven't used yet and literally it fit perfect so if you're going to use this jar or any container that's this size is half a cup of sugar I used I didn't measure anything else out with sucks but I use coconut oil a little bit of facial oil at you kind of a lot of fish oil and honey and I definitely recommend it I'll probably do nothing

hi guys so I just got out of the shower and I use this as a piece of my hair is wet I use this after I shaved my legs I did not put any lotion on right now or anything I have to go find some but I use this like I said this is the detox Skin Food face scrub I'm not going to use my face because this does have longer in it and when I was scrubbing my legs with this the Walnut was very scarce Sparks Sparks Sparks I don't know which one which one to describe but it was very little amount when I was screaming at but obviously my skin or my face is a smaller surface area than my whole legso the one that pieces were pretty small in this that's why I don't want to use in my face to can cause tears but my legs feel 10 times softer than when I would just regularly shave them so I'm going to keep using this for my life and I will keep you updated if I have any issues

hey guys Adele be telling you and showing you the detox Skin Food face scrub at a hundred or 3.38 fluid oz. Just look like this up a lot to say about this so I might have preferred to get looks like this and I actually don't like this product and I honestly wish I didn't redeem it and we should do my research before I redeemed it cuz basically it looks like this it has amazing ingredients don't get me wrong but the texture is like really harsh and exploiting is really stripping for me because my skin is already really sensitive I use exploiters they are not often so when I like to use when I use exfoliators they're usually really really gentle and this one is quite harsh I can see all the particles and it kind of hurtsdo it works for your legs really well so I intend to use it for that also has a good super interesting like jellyfish texture

hello so I received the detox Skin Food face scrub and I love this brand all their skin products are amazing and their face oil is like I find excuses to put it on because I love it but I saw in a lot of people to redeeming this they were saying I was very strong and I would like and I know it has like shells in it so like they're like all I would have put it on my face and I'm considering I slept with my makeup for like 2 or 3 days I like slept with it take it off put makeup on again and didn't really do a facemask for anything I'm going to use it on my face and I'll probably use it once in awhile if it really is so rough but I do think that my face could use a good exfoliator so this is what it looks like I'm excited because I love this brand and their skin care it does smell kind of like dates no it smells like green tea and it has it all these strong ingredients in it and it doesn't have a nasty smell
