How to Use:

1. Open the container and add a few drops of water on the lid of the container.

2. Wet the makeup brush with water.

3. Use the wet brush to activate the eyeliner by mixing it very well until a creamy thick consistency is achieved.

4. Apply as desired.

5. Please allow the product to fully air dry before storing.
