What a Melon Toner

so after cleansing I like to use a toner and this Bliss what a melon toner is my favorite and has witch hazel willow bark and hyaluronic acid so it doesn't really dry my face out that bad but it's still a toner first three pumps trying to avoid like the under-eye area as much as possible I'm going to wait at least a few minutes before moisturizer
