okay so I'm new at this but I'm Gracie okay I'll have very damaged hair we see but I've been using this on my hair the only need it so often you don't need it all the time like every maybe month maybe 2 months do it on here. Leave it on too long but it gives you this finish look and I love it in my hair has been hell for you ever since I've been using it
