honestly I'm not big into pencil eyeliners I'm more of a liquid liner or gel liner type girly but I've been using this side eye liner from mean and the shade jet for like just like a smoky kind of wing I'll show you as you can see on its own it Glides on super creamy but I do want to say that I have applied this over and eyeshadow before and over a powder it gets a little Skippy before the steps I'm taking a clean flat liner brush and smudging it out and overall honest review as a standalone product I think it's great I can create this really beautiful Smokey Wing I like to use it to blend in my lash band but over eyeshadow it doesn't work for me so I would give this a 3.5

I sprayed this about 6 hours ago I don't stink when I say I'm a sweaty girl I mean the I sweat like I sweat I just came from there.
