hey spray so I'm using my Gua Sha for the first time and so far this I did pick my acne today and it's not bothering it at all so I did not use a serum I'm sorry I just used my moisturizer and it's working really well actually if you have acne your skin is going to hurt it's not hurting me I'm not going to go over that pimple cuz scared about that whole thing kind of hate my job because this isn't my job and should be it's non-existent this feels really nice I'm going to do this for like 5 minutes because it's so relaxing and the stool is so Cooling and thank you so much super grade

hey guys I'm going to hop on and talk about the amount live Gua Sha tool that I received in the mail a couple days ago so I actually had a really bad Kink knot in my neck right here and it was more like a couple of days it was really bad just came right on time I went ahead and ended the knots in the back of my neck release the tension with The Gua Sha so use the concave side I think I'm using the word correctly and I went like this to help undo the knots and the tension that I had in my neck when I tell you this relieves the pain Within30 minutes after using it I did it twice for third light for 10 minutes each oh my God I could sleep that night I felt so much better this is heaven sent thank you super great I also use it on my grandma who's also having neck tension as well

he's super great good morning just wanted to show the first part of my morning routine when I remember is implemented is to use gouache the stone it's basically a piece of Jade that you can Dragon move over your face to drain your lymph nodes and get all that puffiness 1s out of your face and so really fun to use basically I don't have the same one that I am listed below but I couldn't find the one I had I got this one from TJ Maxx so for just a couple boxes super great price and I just use it all over my face and I know this is super super great difference every morning when I use it to drain my lymph nodes but I just drive it up and then down towards the center of my body and yeah I love doing this is so fun I always put oil on my face before I use it any type of face oil work so that you're not like dragging and rubbing your skin really rough and yeah I would totally recommend
