so today I'm going to be talking about the John Frieda Extra Strength hair serum so I use the extra strength hair serum because I've pretty thick hair and on does it says it's for thick and coarse hair and it's Suzanne hydrates with extra humidity resistant says private for my hair because my hair is also naturally pretty frizzy and it is also like wavy and Loki curly so it gets frizzy really easily if I don't take care of properly and so what I do is I just squeezed a tiny bit you don't need too much because it is like a pretty fix around by just please like a dime-sized amount into my hands after showering and then just call it through my hair and I follow up with a hair oil my hair used to be so frizzy until I start using this and I freaking love it it's literally like when my Holy Grail hair products and just an FYI for anyone interested in purchasing items I reviewed I've put my yes style and zossie Link in my bio because I know I owe you a lot of guests out items and glossy as well
