okay so next is exfoliating and this is one of my favorite exfoliating products of all times his room goop uses their exfoliating instant facial that uses a train to gently exfoliate your skin so it's not a rough texture but the AJ's are pretty strong so if you're just beginning with this I would only leave it on for like 1 or 2 minutes and take it off like even now I can still feel a tingling even though I use this all the time so yeah I already have it on you apply a really thin layer and leave it on for just like a couple minutes take it off either just with water rubbing it off or I like to use like a washcloth or a sponge to take it off and it leaves your skin super smooth and feels amazing
