next up I have a free sample that I received in the mail yesterday it is a organic protein plant-based powder this is a creamy chocolate fudge I have never really used protein powder or dietary supplement powder or anything like that I am like just getting into it and still kind of learning and introducing myself to it so I'm not exactly sure how to use it yet I was going to give me directions Obispo says if I want a power smoothie Saban the blind the packet with 12 oz of almond milk from almond butter and a frozen banana and then it says suggested use is to mix with 12 on the water or almond milk and shake up in a cover blender I think that's what I'll do is I'll definitely blend it would either melt or I will make it into a smoothie without ice like you really good like a chocolate banana smoothie but yeah this was a free sample I received it has 6 grams of organic fiber 21 grams of protein and then 4 grams of net carbs do it when I try this I will definitely make an update to review
