Well, well, well! I bet you didn’t think you’d see me over here on the editorial side! That’s because I have something wonderful to announce, and where else to do it but right here in The Beauty Breakdown?
The news is, I’M BACK!
I’m kidding (sort of!). The news is that I’d like to introduce you to a brand new Supergreat show called THE CHECKOUT– which I’ll be hosting every month! See, I wasn’t lying to you! I would never do such a thing!
Now, you may be wondering, “Susie, what’s The Checkout?” I got you. As host and co-creator, I would say I’m probably one of the best people to answer this question– but I’ll answer it… with another question.
“What’s available to shop on Supergreat?”
That’s the golden question, isn’t it? It seems like we’re adding new products every week (we are), the list of brands is constantly growing (it is), the discounts are constantly flowing, (they are), and it’s all getting more and more difficult to keep up with (it is!). That’s exactly why we created The Checkout, to give you a full rundown of what’s new, what’s hot, and what’s coming up in the world of Supergreat. Every month, we’ll spotlight a few cool brands available to shop on the app, announce what you can expect in the coming month (like challenges, activations, etc.), and maybe feature a surprise or two within each episode. Will it be a surprise guest? A surprise discount? A surprise giveaway? Hm! I guess you’ll have to tune in, won’t you!
For our inaugural episode, I can give you the big surprise a bit early…

Since ending my weekly show last year, I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to go live again. I love engaging with the community directly– the community is the app after all! You’re why we do this! So it feels good to be back, like really good… but I couldn’t have done this alone. Remember when I mentioned that I was the co-creator? That’s because our one and only Partnerships Manager Nicolas Houde is the true mastermind behind this project– and he deserves all the praise!
