Kit includes:

(1) handmade mitt created from 100% canvas 
(1) exfoliator stone

Directions:
Step 1: Soak your body in the bath or shower with warm water for at least 5 minutes. 
Step 2: Wet your exfoliator mitt and wring it out.
Step 3: Rub the exfoliator stone on your mitt until you have a good amount of coverage on the mitt.
Step 4: Begin rubbing your exfoliator mitt on your body in a back and forth motion. Rub on more of the moisturizing exfoliator polish as needed. Watch the dead skin roll off!

this is going to be a really quick review of the shell body exfoliation kids so I love with your silly ocean can't I use about twice a week and it comes with a exfoliation mix that looks like this with a cute little logo on it it's made with canvas and mineral stone this mineral stone balance is the pH in your skin and it's so so good for you it leaves you feeling moisturized and exfoliated like what more could you want so what you do is you just get in the shower and you went your body then you just rub the mineral all over this so you're going to see it all come off on the match then you just take them it and you start exfoliating your skin you're going to see so much dead skin come off it is it's going to be shocking but it's going to feel amazing you maybe we'll use this like twice a week and the material itself is a natural stone only has like seven ingredients in it so it's super minimal and it's really good for your skin to give it a try
